We offer a range of packages starting from £65 per hour with no long term contracts. You simply select the hours you need and then draw down against them over a two month period.
TrainingWe are passionate about training, it’s vital to ensure that you team are properly trained if Salesforce is to be a success and start generating that all important ROI. After you have spent valuable resources in designing and building your system it’s so important to make sure that your end users and knowledgeable and confident in using it. Customised End User TrainingIf you have a more complex integration and specific business processes or you have had Salesforce for a while and need to update your training to take into account new integrations and developments, then custom end user training is the route for you. We send time in learning your processes and ways of doing things so that training is delivered to your team in a language that they understand and are comfortable with. The course content is written from scratch, with real life scenarios and a day in the life of the user, walking them from start to finish of each of your processes. We always advise classroom session where possible, but know that’s not always possible with far flung offices and budgets to keep. We have great experience of delivering training virtually via WebEx. Alternatively, you may wish to go down the train the trainer route, we can help in course design, and the initial training session to equip your trainers with the knowledge and the skills to deliver to their own teams.
