In addition to the Purus project team, you will need to have team in place too. This typically will consist of:
- An Executive Sponsor - The project’s executive champion should participate and support the initiative from the beginning, through go-live and beyond.
- Champions – Ideally one from each department
- UAT Team – we will test in house and then pass to your team to put the solution through real life scenarios to identify any changes that need to take place before we go live.
If your project is straight forward, then one of our quick start packages may work well for you.
