    We are currently recruiting an experienced Administrator to join the team in our Birmingham office. The position has been made available due to the continued growth of the business.     Key Responsibilities
    • Support on the design, develop, test, document, and deploy high quality solutions on the Salesforce platform.
    • Support on scoping, process and complex technical discussions with clients and make recommendations for solutions and best practices
    • Support development of existing resources
    • Communicate, collaborate and provide regular updates to other technical resources and stakeholders regarding status, technical issues and creative solutions
    • Perform ongoing Salesforce Administration tasks; configuration, reports and dashboards, managing data, designing process and flows across numerous Salesforce products; primarily Sales, Service and Communities.
    • Managing and implementing quick start solutions
    • Support on going clients through support contract with Admin tasks.
    • Support the organisation and running of the official Salesforce Admin Group in Birmingham
    Required Skills and Experience
    • 3 years of industry experience as a Salesforce Administrator
    • Minimum certification of ADM 201 and ADM211 is desirable
    • Data Migration Skills
    Preferred
    • Health Cloud and Field Service Lightning experience would be an advantage.
    • Basic Salesforce Developer experience (Visualforce, complex flows and process builder)
    • Saleforce.com Health Cloud, Service Cloud and Community Cloud

    • Can configure the Lightning Platform to develop custom interfaces to extend Salesforce capabilities and develop custom business logic.
    • Can extend the Lightning Platform using Apex and Visualforce, and understands Lightning Components.
    • Is familiar with the Salesforce Mobile app capabilities and the basics of the Lightning framework.
    • An understanding of when to use the Lightning Process Builder vs. an Apex trigger.
    • Practical experience implementing Processes, Flows and Visualforce
    Preferred
    • Health Cloud and Field Service Lightning experience would be an advantage.
    • Basic Salesforce Developer experience (Visualforce, complex flows and process builder)
    • Saleforce.com Health Cloud, Service Cloud and Community Cloud
    • APEX programming
    • Experience with design, development and implementation of Lightning and Mobile Apps

  • Salesforce Instructors – Contract Position

    We are currently recruiting for Instructors on a contract basis. We offer training to support of customers with standard course, teaching the day to day functionality of the system, such as reports and dashboards, and bespoke training to support the roll out of our implementations.

    Additionally, there is an opportunity to ramp in a specialisation within Salesforce and support the Trailhead team in delivery of public courses. Specialisms such as Pardot and Marketing Cloud would be an advantage and we welcome applications of any discipline from bi-lingual applicants.

    The work is varied and includes classroom and virtual teaching, train the trainer workshops and occasional international travel.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Gathering client requirements and tailoring a unique training experience.
    • Producing bespoke PowerPoint presentations, exercise guides, quick reference guides
    • Delivery of the training in both classroom and virtually
    Required Skills and Experience
    • The ADM 201 Certification is a must*
    • Several years of training experience preferably within the IT sector
    • A natural ability to teach face to face and in virtual environments
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Detail oriented, disciplined and organised.
    • Curriculum development skills
    • Happy to work in a fast growth, hard working environment. These projects can be quite intense so the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines is essential
