    Pick the support pack that suits your needs and you only need to commit to this for 3 months. You can see further detail on tiers and pricing on our pricing page.

    Draw down against your hours over the month. When you need us you just contact your Purus support team either by phone or email and we will acknowledge your enquiry within 2 hours, along with a plan and realistic time frame to complete the task. Unused hours roll over into the next month too, so you won’t lose them if you have a quiet month.

    The packages detailed are for Admin and End User support, if you feel you need help with development support then please contact us to discuss your requirements.

    Developer Support Packs
