Our packages are designed to support you with the day to day running of Salesforce once the initial build has been completed. It could be that you are super stacked, need a bit of short term support while you recruit a full-time Administrator, or perhaps your company does not need a full-time admin, just a bit of support now and again.

What’s included?

Admin Support
If you don’t have a full time Salesforce Administrator or the current team need temporary support then you can field those tasks out to us, it could be anything from data loading, installing 3rd party applications to fielding end user requests!
Training
It could be that your teams need refresher training, or the onboarding of new team members and you can use your support hours to keep your team skilled up.
Release Support
With every release comes a whole host of exciting new feature and updates. We will keep you up to date with the key features, and those most relevant to you and be there to support with the roll out of these as and when you are ready to do so.

How does it work?

We offer a range of packages starting from £65 per hour with a minimum contract period of 3 months. You simply select the hours you need and then draw down against them over the month. When you need us you just contact your Purus support team either by phone or email and we will acknowledge your response within 2 hours, along with a plan and realistic time frame to complete the task.
  • Support will be provided during working hours. These are classed as 8.30am — 6pm on weekdays (excluding English Bank Holidays).
  • Support will be provided on a remote access basis.
  • All prices shown exclude VAT at 20%.
