An Executive Sponsor. The executive sponsor is the project lead, and will participate and support the initiative from the beginning, through go-live and beyond. The executive sponsor may also be responsible for training the team and keeping the system up-to-date.
Champions. Your champions are made up of individuals directly involved in working with your Salesforce platform day-to-day. There is usually one champion from each department involved in the project.
A UAT Team. Once we have built and tested your Salesforce platform, we then pass the build on to your UAT team to put the platform through real life scenarios. This identifies any changes that may need to be addressed before the go-live.
