The Solution

The sales process was mapped out, with particular attention to the security model as there was a need to restrict access to Accounts, Contact and Opportunities from certain users in line with the criteria, based on account type and location. A quick start package was used and topped up with the additional features of Products and Price Books. The team were up and running within 2 weeks, with a full set of management reports and dashboards track NCMT’s key sales metrics. The project also needed a data load of Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Products and Price Books from their legacy system.

The Results

The project was completed within two weeks and after the delivery of training, the system was live and in use in under a month, along with a full set of management reports and dashboards to track key sales metrics. Additionally, the integration with inbox meant the field-based sales team could create new Leads, Contacts, Opportunities, and log emails to Sales Cloud all without leaving their emails and from their mobile phones.
