The Solution

Maber use zapier to push Opportunities into Salesforce from an external system. A flow was built that would create the Opportunity, and then look at the Account name and postcode to see if the Account already existed within Salesforce. If it did then the flow would automatically attach the Opportunity to that Account, and if not then a new Account would be created and the Opportunity attached to that.

Purus carried out an audit of existing customisation and provided the data and statistics around field usage for Maber to use internally.

The Results

Opportunity and Project submission was streamlined and simplified, accurate data is now fed in to Salesforce which results in more accurate reporting and dashboards.
