The Solution

A monthly support pack was put in pace so that ISC could draw down against the hours as and when they needed too. The requests and projects are managed through a project management tool called Monday.com, whereby all team members from ISC and Purus have full visibility of requests and the progress of  tasks.

The Results

This is an ongoing contract with multiple projects in flight.
