The Solution

The sales process was defined and built in Salesforce and an integration between Salesforce and Barbour was built. New construction projects are posted on Barbour, which details the type of project it is, the location, the budget etc and the opportunity to bid for the work. The integration with Salesforce identified projects that matched Aliaxis’ criteria and creates them as Opportunities in Salesforce, then routing them to the appropriate salesperson to pick up and work on. The project concluded with both end-user training for the sales team and Administrator training to the super users within Aliaxis so they could maintain the system and create their own reports as needed.

The Results

Aliaxis now has 100% user compliance compared to under 80% previously. 90% of users and stakeholders rate the new Aliaxis Salesforce as 5 stars. Aliaxis sales pipeline has increased by a rolling £9m.

Customer Feedback… “Leanne and the Purus team were impeccable in their assistance with our Project, I would highly recommend them. We hired the Purus team to launch us onto Salesforce lightning, migrating us from Dynamics, it involved custom object and field creation and an API link. We were hosted in a thorough scoping meeting where Purus got to know our organisation, processes and requirements, from there the project was well tracked through their planning portal, Monday.com and weekly update calls. Purus brought great experience and recommendations to our project, as well as helping us with a smooth migration. Tips from us to others would be- take Purus up on their Admin training, its great and sets you up for going solo, agree deadlines together and be sure you as an organisation know what you do and do not want the system to do as this makes instigation of a statement of works much easier”.
