What versions do you support?

We support all standard Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, etc.) as well as common add-ons.

How do I submit a support request?

You’ll have a dedicated support email/portal and phone contact. Each request is triaged, acknowledged within 2 hours.

What happens if I don’t use all my hours?

Unused hours roll over to the next month (within a cap). We never “lose” your time. Get in touch to learn more.

Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-term?

Yes — you can move between tiers as your needs change, subject to a brief transition period. We have built in flexibility.
